Very pushy the Asian guy is talking in a condescending way telling me idk what I’m doing and pressuring me to buy a tire that doesn’t match the same model I have I told him I don’t want to multiple times and he keeps trying to pressure me to change it, he is very rude and has no customer service, he handed me the receipt and I said thank you and he ignored me and walked right past me. Horrible customer service, this is my first and last time coming here, 2 days later as I’m driving the tire pops, they gave me a defective tire. He also gave me the wrong size and was arguing with me about the size.

These guys are stellar win A Four hour tire shops have last complete site of customer service an overall care of your vehicle, this business strives to provide top-tier service by making sure communication is very clear and concise. I was fortunate enough to deal with a gentleman name. Eric and this guy was probably better than any service manager. I’ve ever dealt with whether it would be a Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, the list goes on. This dude blew my mind with his attention to detail and delivery of his work, I would recommend this establishment to anybody & everybody that is in need of a tire rotation, tire swap, tire patch, new tires, or new wheels, whatever. Affordable print and service out of this world! Good lookin out guys
